the room was super clean and well kept, which i appreciated.
the air conditioning in the room didn't work at all. the temperature inside was 28 degrees, and it was impossible to sleep. it was a terrible experience.

the rooms feel amazing. they were beautiful. the staff feels so kind! location is really close to everything. arriving and finding water and mini chocolates reminded me of a gift.
the hotel stops offering food or bites after 10:30 am. this feels very unfortunate. the restaurant is just open for breakfast. they offer no lunch or dinner.

Acceptable stay, but some issues occured
broken safeunresponsive staff
Upon arrival, the safe was locked and unusable. Despite reporting the issue to the staff, it never was repaired during my entire stay. It is frustrating to pay for a service included in the room and not have it available.

The staff was very cute and polite throughout my stay (every request was handled efficiently). The room was super clean and cozy. On arrival, I received a complementary cheesecake, which tasted good. The hotel's central location allowed me easy access to key attractions.
The air conditioning was not adjustable in the room. The temperature remained too high. Despite reporting this issue, it was not resolved .

The hotel is situated in a very central area. Many sights, restaurants, bars, and pubs were just a short walk away. This convenient location eliminated the need for taxis or public transport (a definite plus).

The staff were professional and allowed an early check-in at 2 PM (very helpful after a long trip). The room featured a modern bathroom and good soundproofing. I found tea and coffee available in the room, with a kettle provided. The location is very convenient, close to the center yet on a quiet street, which I appreciated.
The gym is a bit small, but adequate for a basic workout.

The location was perfect for exploring on foot. Staff was friendly and polite.
The room was small, a surprise. There was hardly space for luggage. The safety box seemed very light and easy to lift. I did not felt secure using it. I'm not sure I'd stay there again.
